Rental conditions

EXCURSIONS WITH EGADI DREAMS:

1. The excursion/rental booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
2. Free cancellation by mail to info@egadidreams.it up to 14 days prior to the service.
3. Cancellation with 50% refund by mail to info@egadidreams.it within 14 days and up to 7 days prior to the service.
4. Variation of the requested service (excursion / rental) without refund within 7 days and up to 2 days before the service PREVIOUS AVAILABILITY and bound to the services offered on www.egadidreams.it.
5. In case of adverse weather conditions such as not to allow, on evaluation of Egadi Dreams, the performance of the service, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of the service, or to the possibility of agreeing a new date (subject to availability) for the service.
6. The excursion program may vary at the discretion of the skipper based on weather and sea conditions or other navigation or mooring needs. Egadi Dreams will not be in any way responsible for changes in the program, stops, waste of time and / or interruptions resulting from initiatives or decisions taken by the skipper to protect the safety of navigation.
7. The departure time of the excursion must be respected as agreed at the time of booking. Delays of more than 15 minutes are not allowed (upon telephone communication) under penalty of loss of the excursion without any refund.
8. Skipper service included in the price (mandatory).
9. In the case of WITHDRAWAL by the RENTER, due to reasons of force majeure or other strictly personal, unforeseeable, urgent (e.g. health problems), the RENTER will immediately notify the RENTER and will propose, where possible, an alternative to the Clients such as not to vary them. the means of transport used to reach the embarkation (and leave again at the disembarkation); or, the renter, can choose to be reimbursed for the amount paid without requesting any penalty from the renter.
10. Egadi Dreams undertakes to make the boat available to Guests in perfect conditions of cleanliness and efficiency, in compliance with current regulations and complete with all the safety equipment required for the type of navigation that will be carried out.
11. The Guest is committed to informing Egadi Dreams, on a confidential basis, of any health problems, allergies to drugs or foods or other specific personal needs before boarding.
12. Each participant is the sole custodian of their personal objects and effects and is personally responsible for them in the event of theft, loss or damage. It is also responsible for damage caused to the boat by malicious or negligent behavior or in contrast with the provisions and instructions given by the skipper.
13. Egadi Dreams declares to have subscribed the insurance required by law.
14. The Guest embarks with full awareness of the risks and dangers that an excursion by boat may entail. In the event of an injury not dependent on the skipper's responsibility or fault, the same cannot claim or request compensation from either the skipper or Egadi Dreams.
15. If he is unable to swim or has other personal impediments, the Guest undertakes to inform the skipper and to accept every precaution that he decides to implement to protect his safety and security.
16. The Guest declares to have been informed and to be well aware of the characteristics of the excursion, those of the boat and the number of people who can be embarked on it.
17. For the protection of the Guests and for the safety of the trip, the skipper has the right to disembark anyone who behaves incorrectly, not suited to the orderly conduct of the excursion or to a serene and disciplined coexistence, causing damage or harassment to the other Guests or, in any way, it jeopardizes their peace of mind and safety.
18. The baggage carried on board must be limited and essential, contained in small bags, such as to allow it to be stowed.
19. For anything not governed by this writing, reference is made to the applicable Italian Laws.
20. For any and all disputes arising from this contract, the Court of Trapani will have exclusive jurisdiction
21. Privacy: the data provided on the occasion of this contract will be stored and processed by Egadi Dreams (as data controller) exclusively for contractual and accounting purposes, in full compliance with the Code regarding the protection of personal data pursuant to Legislative Decree no. n. 193/2003.
22. The signing of this contract constitutes consent by the Charterer, also in the name and on behalf of the Guests, pursuant to art. 26 of the aforementioned Legislative Decree, to the aforementioned data processing, declaring the same to have been fully informed of their rights pursuant to Article 13 of the aforementioned Legislative Decree no. 193/2003.
